Apply only a designated group of nodes, without applying and removing the entire GN modifier (think 'bind' buton on old modifiers)

The idea is to designate a group of nodes at the start of the chain (in an area similar to a repeat zone) and have their actions be applied to the geometry without removing the modifier.

It's similar to the "bind" button you have on modifiers like Surface Deform. When you press it, something is executed, but the modifier stays on.

You could have multiple zones, and multiple buttons.

There would have to be some special socket/noodle type (used a bool in the example image) to expose the button in the modifier panel.

This "execution zone" would have to be the first thing in the node chain in order to work properly.
