Select GPU used by Eevee
I've developed a product visual rendering system for my employer based on Blender Cycles.
Currently I use Cycles via CUDA on a discreete Nvidia GPU for headless rendering in the background, while my desktop display is driven by an Intel iGPU.
I need this, because the machine is both a server and a workstation at the same time. Having all processing and display on the same GPU makes the display unusable during rendering due to high GPU load.
I can see benefits of rendering times in switching my system to use Eevee in the future - however for this to work I need to be able to dedicate my Nvidia GPU to Eevee, to keep it from bogging down my display as I do other work simultaneously.
Cycles allows to select which device it'll use for rendering - can the same thing be implemented for Eevee?

Even being able to run multiple eevee renders on different gpus at once is a great use case for this. I do this with Cycles quite often. Have a few gpus rendering in the background and keep the gpu display free so I can work on other stuff.
Is that even possible with OpenGL?
@roccoor: Yeah, it works really well on Linux for me.
I would be very surprised if they are not working on this already.
