Active/Selected Highlights (Outliner)

In 3rd one i changed default dark gray value(0.188235) to value(0.129412) for "Selected Highlight" with the deafult gray of them with value (0.239216) witch looks much better without fading the icon, outline cube and text of active object so it's saturated enough as needed.
