Allow to Add Workspace from Python
Hello, I would really appreciate being able to work with workspaces in python - adding, renaming, duplicating and switching to workspaces could really help in creating addons.
F.e., I am making an addon for VSE to make compositing clips easier. I created an Operator that creates a new Scene with Compositor out of a Clip. I make a new Scene in VSE, then want to switch to Compositing Workspace and Pin the Scene in it and rename the workspace by the name of the Clip.

You should be able to work with them to some extent with python, using bpy.types.WorkSpace, which works like a data block because it is based on the bpy.types.ID class.
