but what it's about is pulling the menu items pop up tooltip balloon to the top of the menu item we're hovering.

i don't know about anyone else, but i read from top to bottom.

going through menu items and reading their tips....and there it it: the tip popup balloon hovering the next menu item on the list.

go, go, shake the mouse away, so i can read the next item.

bring, bring, the mouse back to the menu item to read it's popup

tired of passwords, tired of that popup info balloon getting in the way.
