Clean up "Clean Up Panel" for Tracking

The clean up panel is inconsistent in the shown attributes: it shows the attributes for "Clean Tracks" but not these for "Filter Tracks". In my opinion none of these attributes has to be shown because by pressing on of the function buttons a pop-up with the corresponding attributes appears anyway (see attached screenshot). So the cleanest solution would be just to have the two function-buttons without the attributes.
