Feature request: Can we get a fix for the middle mouse button (rotate) as it stops rotating while drawing

Currently when drawing with the Mesh: Snap_Utilities_Line tool the middle mouse button (rotate) stops working. Can the code be updated so we can rotate as we draw please. Sometimes we need to rotate the view as we draw. The bottom instructions don't change when we start drawing and it say "Rotate View" showing a picture of the middle button being clicked as well.
