decouple graph editor 2d cursor from playhead

with the pivot point set to 2d cursor, I'd like to place the 2d cursor at frame 10 and then scale the keyframes based on that frame during playback. I can't do this because as soon as playback starts the pivot point moves with the playhead.

solution, make the 2d cursor and playhead 2 separate entities.
