Grease pencil line test webcam and vectorize tools

Hi,

It would be nice if we could attach a webcam to blender and make line tests and vectorize these line test line tests like in digicel flipbook.

my request: webcam line test + vectorize + acme pegbar or registration mark recognition.

Well you connect your webcam to blender and capture images stored in keyframes in blender3d. Blender3d plays the image sequence like a video. Blender is then able to vectorize these image sequences and turn them into grease pencil objects. Blender is als able to recognize registration marks crosses and acme registration pins to make sure that these drawings stay in register. Like you would do it in a traditional hand drawn workflow. Blender can optimize - reduce vector points on these grease pencil shapes. - If that doesn't already exists.

I think you're going to have to be a lot more clear and specific in your proposal here. A vague couple of sentences with a link to another application really doesn't sufficiently describe the feature you want so another user can understand it and discuss it... or so a developer could have clear direction on creating it.

This sounds like a workflow feature. How does it work? How would you expect it to work in Blender? What buttons would a user click to get it to work? A mock-up of what it would look like in Blender's interface would be incredibly useful.
