Freedom to create coordinate when modeling
I hope blender develop a tool to give us freedom to create coordinate. I need this feature during some simple precision modeling. (Just simple, I don't want to open other software to finish that.)
This tool can set up coordinate and axis orientation by specifying 4 points (virtual, not verties) in order. And of course, we can enable snap mode during the operation. Finally, we can save this orientation.

In old good 2.79 it also worked in this way, but then some idiot "fixed" it in sake of improvements.
Damn! I guess I have not used custom orientations since 2.79 😱 In my merories it definitely allowed to fulfill that case. Yet having actual points to place could also be a nice way to perform the same thing.
I also thought about using the 3D cursor for to achieve that, but I notice that the 3D cursor orientation that everyone was happy to see introduced back in the 2.80 is basically never set correctly, thus useless.
I think that idea is different. The cross orientation can be "custom" and custom modified like object (eg rotation for 3d "cross"). Not sure of reason of usage by @MarcoHoo

Today's Blender development is different than years ago. They have budgets from big corpo and they don't have to care at all on actual users...
This whole RCS place become 100 % dead and useless, same as User Feedback section on devtalks. I guess none of those "developers" read this feedback section at all, they shoved it in to "Other Development Topics" shit hole long time ago and forgot about it. Except of GSoC discussions I didn't saw any developers replies in this section for long time, just some active users discuss something that has zero impact on development.
You need this, you need that. If you have good idea but you are not in coding and not involved in development - who f** care, you are just trash with all your ideas, go f*** your self. Me with all mine as well... this is how things going today.
Just forget about it, don't waste your time. They now develop some Blender for themselves, not for users.
I understand that developers have lots of work to deal with. Just post my demand here and come back to see what different happen years later : )
How does this differ from the already existing Custom Orientations ?
The existing operation can not set up the orientation freely. It just stores the existing one. For understanding, can u easily set up the orientation in my image up there by existing operation?
Do you think freedom to create "left hand rotated" coordinate system ?
This is really important.
