Allow seperate hiding of object

It is currently not possible to edit the animation, or uv map, etc of a hidden object.

My proposal is to make it possible to hide an object individually for a context (say the animation window or uv editor).

This way one doesn't need to unhide object to edit something.

Actually, the issue is deeper : you can't select a hidden object. THAT causes a lot of issues.

Especially when animating visibility, you can't keep track of your keyframes because when the object is invisible, the object disappears from the Timeline and Dope Sheet Editors and is only visible in the Action Editor, so if you're doing a motion graphics style video, better off just scaling to zero.

Exactly had the same issue, and done the exact same thing (scale to 0 in 1 frame) can still cause motion blur artifact...

You should animate the shader for that, but on my potato, I wouldn't dare.

Except, the shader could be shared across many objects, and I think the object would still occupy memory.
