Editor Type and properties tab tooltip enhancements
Mouse hover tooltips for editor type and properties tabs are not easily readable because of unnecessary and redundant info. after icon change in 2.8 for properties tabs it is hard to find object or object data tab or... even with the new color code. so a fast readable tooltip will help to get used to new icon scheme.
"Context." should be removed from tab tooltip.
"Editor Type. Current editor type for this area:" should be placed after editor name.
(Luckily it is not: "Current editor type for this area of current blender version on this PC for this user" ! :D:D )

I don't think it should be removed. A little reorganization would be good, though.
* @Jason van Gumster * the title should have more visual priority and easy to find. currently the redundant info comes first and has brighter color which makes hard to find the title which is gray. if you mouse over tabs find some u see same info every time tool tip pops. the "Contex." some how does not explain any thing specific. and the "Editor type" is duplicated in "Current editor type...". Should i mention this in papercut?
* @yasharjk * The current organizational structure of tooltips go hierarchically from large context to small.
Personally, I would right-align the general context in a lighter color so the immediately relevant information is closest to the mouse cursor when the tooltip appears.
