Report bug when popup is activated for addon or script

Right now when blender popup is activated for addon or script when bug is discovered, we can't do nothing more with this popup window. The only way is go to tab script.

There can be good practice to optimize some steps around bugs reporting and resolving problmes for users as:

• report bug to the developer/author of the addon/script with the log, etc. (and delete private data [username, etc.] Improvements around LOGS, errors, crashes, reports
• report bug to some dump server (maybe statistic around can more easy help to see where are critical problems)
• copy to clipboard the error log (not need open the script tab)
