Option To Block Frame Range in Render Output File Names

I think the title is explanatory. I think that this checkbox option should go under "saving": Ignore the black square, it is for a custom plugin. It should be called "omit frame range."

Keep in mind blender dev team it seems to be very difficult for a plugin to omit frame range on its own. If anyone has any suggestions on how to do this in the mean time, please feel free to leave it in the comments.
