Make the Approval Queue for Extensions searchable

There are 1740 extensions in the approval queue for extensions.blender.org right now. I really wish it was searchable so you could find what extensions are in review or see if there are addons you're using that are waiting to become approved extensions.

I can understand not wanting users to stumble upon non-approved extensions by mistake, but these don't even seem to be indexed by Google so they're hard to find at the moment even if you want to. Had thought this would be implemented by now but posting to see if anyone else has thought of it too.
