Named Index Switch

Sometimes I feel the need to have names for my indexes with the index switch. This is when the index I switch on is created in such a way that it truly represents something. E.g. In the example below the number I recieve means one of the states that you can see in the Menu Switch below.

I imagine when giving a name it would show the index first followed by the name given.
