More depsgraph update bools for script optimization

In bpy.types.DepsgraphUpdate we have information like

• is_updated_geometry
• is_updated_shading
• is_updated_transform

...it would be really handy to have the additional

• is_updated_name
• is_updated_type
• is_updated_parent
• is_updated_children
• is_updated_material
• is_updated_custom_property
• is_updated_attribute

...and other ones I might've missed
