Delete Collection Contents
Currently, we have a delete hierarchy when we have a collection, which deletes both the contents and the collection itself. It would be nice to have a "delete contents" option that just gets rid of the contents but leaves the collection untouched. Something similar could be done with parented objects. Leave the parent untouched but delete all children.
I know this is not a huge deal for most people and there are ways of doing this, but it would be a nice addition that requires less clicks.

What I do - right click a collection, select "Select Objects" and then I press delete. This will remove all the objects in collection and its sub collections. It leaves the collections there, only deletes objects. Downside - this only removes visible objects.
I've done this with some Python scripting... so I can remove all the objects, and leave the collections.
