Convert Measurement into Annotation

There should be some tool option for measure tool to convert the measurement into Annotation line. it will help to make real world object and specially helpful for Archviz people. Currently measurement disappears as soon we switch tool.

I noticed there is special annotation layer for measurement. But some improvement can be helpful like-

1. Make different color
2. Use open arrow for ends or even more type can be added.
3. Toggle to turn on/off the RulerData Annotation layer.
4. convert annotation into curve. Also convert curve/edge into annotation.
