Blender UI/UX Team
TL;DR: bforartists.de/the-differences-to-blender/
I am not affiliated or friends with this guy, I am a graphic designer and a long-term blender addict who is trying to understand what the heck is wrong with blender's conscious lack of UX after 7 years of usage.
Let's not act like this didn't happen: bforartists.de/fed-up-with-blender-artists-the-official-blender-community-page/
Also, let's not forget this was not just blenderartists, blender's own UI team member also attacked his fork like a year or two ago on youtube... Ton apologized and then the matter was quickly forgotten...
Blender was NOTORIOUS for its broken user experience (UX), and the blender UI team are stubborn when it comes to solutions to UI/UX that don't align with their guidelines... it took 10 years for a simple request of left-click select and industry-standard shortcuts to fully prevail... hiding under the "blender way"...
My proposal is for the UI team, LOOK AROUND and learn from the industry standard... also check the bforartists fork... one man did what your whole "team" is failing to do to this day.
FOR THE LOVE OF ANYTHING DEAR TO YOU, PLEASE ACTUALLY DO READ THIS: bforartists.de/the-differences-to-blender/

I can understand your frustration over multiple bad UI/UX decisions that accumulated over the years, I have my share of "WTFs" with Blender, but this is not the place for a rant, as right as it may be. Put proposals, do mockups and requests of all the separate things that you think could improve Blender experience, you'd have way more chance to be heard by Blender devs and other users. As it is right now, this is not a proposal that will drive the attention of anyone to improve Blender.
TL;DR: Sorry for the rant
You are wrong if you think the devs take note of this place, even the top posts are up for years and only are dealt with when they "the devs" need to... not when the community do... I followed the weekly meetings, blogs, and live streams... this place or the matters from here are never referenced... ever.
That fork man, always ALWAYS listens to the community around him... that's why things are done, almost all of my WTFs with blender were fixed by ONE guy... ONE! he showed that it can be done... and not like what the blender UI team claim that it ain't easy or nonsense.
I'm sad I only found this now but I agree. Now mor ethan ever. I sorto of don't even understand why Right-Click Select exists anymore since no one seemingly cultivates it, let alone uses it at this point. So much so I don't even know why I'm leaving this comment other than to show another human being they are not alone.
dude, go away with yours "industry standarts" and keys in the top menu for disabled people
To much colours : ) Maybe some of blender icons should have "groups", or other. Some of realized solution is requested bforartists.de/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/icons.jpg
