Separate view positon for scenes
Now in viewport the view is shared between scenes. For exmaple I have two scenes in .blend file. On the first scene all objects are on the left side. On the second scene all objects are on the right side. When I am swithcing between scenes, every single time I must set up view. It is fusrtrating.
The idea is to separate view position and rotation for every single scene.

I think the preferred workflow in this case is to use a separate workspace for each scene. You can also try to play with the Stored Views addon which is shipped with Blender
Thats.... Not ideal at all... To say the least...
Yeah but unfortunately the viewport view position can't be natively stored in a scene, they're stored in the 3D viewport editor properties... On the other hand I don't want my viewport to jump without my input every time i change the current scene. I guess this feature would make for a nice add-on, but I don't see it being supported natively.
Why are you reducing this to "add-on" vs "native"? The checkboxes in the preferences menu are specifically for options that are native, but not used by everybody. That's where this would go. It wouldn't impact you at all, so don't act like your own workflow would somehow have to be worse to make theirs functional.
I'm just stating a fact and my opinon about the fact that I don't see it being implemented by the developers. I would be glad if someone took the time to do it, but I just don't see it happening unless done in a standalone add-on (which is already done in the Stored Views addon btw). I'm happy to be proven wrong of course :)
