Allow Empty size to be between 0mm and 10mm
Currently it jumps between 0.1mm and 10mm and if you want 5mm it has to be typed in manually.
Also when using
right-click -> Adjust Empty Display Size
you cannot use the shift key to fine tune the adjustment.

There were proposals - and i think also actual development tasks - about having non-linear values controls. So that the closer to zero, the smaller the snapping gets, and vice versa.
Oh that would be nice for Anywhere in blender. I hate working in mm, then realizing I can't really use hardly Any numbers while sliding my mouse. I just have to type, and try again. Holding modifier keys helps, but still not small enough.
