Custom editors(spaces) for Python API

I know the topic has been raised more than once, but it's still worth a try

Custom editors are a very important feature, especially for the industry. This will definitely greatly increase the expandability of the blender, and in general should be done from the very beginning

Now, in the days of 4.0 and bcon1, when compatibility can be broken, I think it's time to do it. As far as I know, there was a very old patch for this

The API officially doesn't allow creating custom space types yet (1), and this used to be in the works at some point (2) but never lander. But LuxCore's addon for Blender have a custom shader editor(3), so I guess it is possible nonetheless, just not as easily as it could be with a propper support right from the API.

Editors for custom node types are not the same. in fact, it creates its own type of nodes, the editor simply displays them. There are no dedicated editors for shader nodes, geometry and compositing nodes in the blender code, there is just a single node editor
