Desperately need the ability to edit motion paths in 3DView

Please can we have a feature similar to After Effects (pictured) where you can edit the curves and potisions of keyframes directly on a motion path in the 3DView? I'm fairly certain I've seen this request previously but couldn't find it in a search so forgive me if it's a repeat. It's only thing stopping me from switching to Blender to do all my 2D and 3D animation work. Especially 2D. Having editable paths is so key to getting work done as quickly as possible in a production environment, and does feel like a basic feature that a 3D program should have. I know you can turn on motion paths, but having to click "calculate" kind of kills any real usability of that feature, and you can't directly select keyframes and edit them on the path itself. I know it's probably extremely difficult to implement, but if Blender wants to be competitive it absolutely needs this feature. Thanks for listening

This feature would be a game changer for blender animation. Editing motion paths let's you quickly tweak arcs and animation timing at the same time. I'm having a really hard time achieving good results with the graph editor... It just takes too much time. I hope this gets some attention at some point 🙏

I have a similar proposal some time ago, could you take a look?
