Keyframe user influence

Possibility to keyframe user influence of modifier keyframe.

For example, if i want to add noise everywere except when my objet is at z 0 i have to add 4 different user influence, and set right restrict frame for each. For more complexe animation, it's impossible to work like that.

If I recall correctly, another workaround for this is to use the Envelope f-curve modifier to control influence. Still not great, but I suspect that making f-curve modifiers keyframeable would introduce a cyclic issue in Blender's dependency graph.

* @Jason van Gumster * I didn't know about envelope f curve, but i didn't find any way to do it.

Concerning cyclic issue, i don't know what can cause cyclic issue, you can change influence while it run, just add keyframe on top of the curent keyframe set. And if modifier is delete, or animation, or object is delete, then animation too.

Hmm - Thought this was already key-frameable. When happens if you hover over the influence box and press "I"?
