Make Full Names Visible for Linked Scenes in the Scene Switcher

Problem

When working with scenes linked from another blend file, Blender displays the name of the linked file as a priority over the name of the linked scene in the Scene Switcher dropdown.

Combined with the fact that there seems to be a hard coded character limit in the dropdown field, this can mean only one or two characters of the scene name are visible (see screenshot) and it's complete guesswork as to which scene you're selecting. Meanwhile the name of the linked file is repeated (in full) redundantly.

Proposal

• Remove/increase the hard coded character limit in the Scene Switcher dropdown to show the full name of each linked scene.
• Move the name of the linked file (shown in square brackets) to a hover tooltip instead of showing it directly in the dropdown.
