Display Help-Text in Import Add-on

Is it possible to display a multiline help text in the side panel of an import add-on? Yes, I've linked the README on GitHub in the add-on description, but I think it would be nice to have certain help directly in the sidebar (the user can define certain string patterns and I would like to explain the pattern variables).
