.blend file with password (mode as for view only, full edit or with limited options eg. no render)
As designer want show my work for client and present that job is done. By this want send .blend file with limitation where client can check in blender object, re-send fedback or opinion. Want limit for hem edit objects or scene, change paramteres or other.. maybe he can do play for animation, or play in GBE. In detail want limit full resolution of render as images, movies in high quality and limit eg. to "preview mode" as workbench or special render can be here where watermark, or jumps on timeline, or only black & white. By this I understand some part of .blend file where can be used cipher.

so much noise in RCS these days it's hard to find a signal...
I don't think this is technically possible. Blender is open source and if they implement such DRM-like features I am sure someone else will fork it and remove those restrictions.
All your client has to do now is to download (or maybe buy) that version.
* @muhuk * True.. it's problematic case, but maybe some smart mind is here, eg open .bled file by dedicated blender with cryptography only where blender has some hash/finger?
* @ManBlender * there is no magic cryptography dust you can sprinkle on a media file to achieve this. Not with open-source software & an open format at least.
