Return list of render layers like it was in 2.79 really useful
2.79 has a List of customizable Render Layers, that was allows to rendering scene much more times with different settings, with some hiden or indirectOnly collections in single run of rendering. And if some layer render results unsatisfactory, it allow to change sittings only for one render layer and other can be off by clicking on checkbox. 2.8 as i understand has only one default View Layer for rendering and i cant create more. Render Layers List will be really useful for my usual work.

Render layers are now called ViewLayers and list of them is at top right corner of Blender
* @Pawel Piotrowski * tnx for that tip, view layers works correctly, but in 2.8 some not intuitive workflow now. I think view layers list will be much better than context menu on top, But anyway it usefull.
