Vertex Paint - Fill (Paint bucket tool) and Eyedroper tool for faces

Want fill the faces in mode Vertex Paint after find right colour by Eyedroper tool. Don't want do the procedures like now where we doing selct faces, and sign material. It's more for precise work with vertex, eg. for separate by colours and build precise faces, elements and manage this by colours.
