Eyedropper tool that can capture colors from outside Blender
In many color grading softwares (Affinity Photo for example) you can capture colors that are outside of the software itself. You select the pipette tool and as long as you hold mouse down, you are still selecting the color. When you release the mouse, the color is selected, even when that happened outside of the software window. AP also shows a preview of the color you are selecting i.imgur.com/0mvHArt.png

Currently in Blender you select the eyedropper tool and then click again when you found the color you want to be selected. That works just fine inside Blender, but wouldn't work very well if the eyedropper was extended to work outside the software also.
This is really useful feature when you are doing your color grading works. Just capture colors from some photo in browser to your ramp.
