"Select Pattern" gets focus.
It would be awesome if the "Select Pattern" function would have the search field in focus when the function is called.
Situation of today:
- Click Select Pattern function
- Click search field to get focus
- Start typing.
Situation of tomorrow:
- Click Select Pattern function
- Start typing.

also would be nice if the Select pattern would be under the shortcut for select groupped "shift+G" beacuse its grouping objects by a common part of its name.. sort of
@Luciano Muñoz: agreed ! it would be more accessible. I also think that the select by prefix/suffix in shift-G menu should be added for all scene mode (currently available only in armature edit mode). I always want to use it in object mode. (maybe I'll do a post for this)
