Option to Delete Non-Compatible Shaders on Import/Link/Append

When adding items from previous releases such as 2.79 to a 2.8 scene; often the shaders will cause a crash in Eevee; if the shader was made for Blender internal, etc. (or if Nodes that are no longer supported are present.)

I would propose that when you Import or Link / Append an Object or Collection; there should be toggles to

a) delete ALL shaders

b) delete incompatible shaders

c) Replace all shaders -or- incompatible shaders with a chosen default shader.

@Pawel Piotrowski: Indeed. If something is causing Blender to crash, it's a bug and it should be reported on developer.blender.org .
