Render Collections as Layers Option

Instead of manually creating different render layers for motion graphics, a fantastic option would be to have a simple "Render collections as layers," option.

It would work by rendering only the first "Level," of collections as separate render layers. I want to start using Blender for 2D motion graphics again instead of after effects, but creating layers manually is a huge hassle.
