Shape keys for multiresolution?

Or at least ability to add few multires modifiers (to make able modify then individually by simply activating one of them at a time) and add slider to them like in shape keys?

Slider also would help because when u suddenly need to scale a model multires is just bumping from the model (like when u set any shapekey to 100x number) or almost disappears :\
