Improve unit display system to offer flexibility and align with other workflows

Currently, you can choose between imperial and metric system which is good. But for imperial you don't have control over using dual units like feet and inches.For example ,if i set units to feet, I can set it to display feet with inches, but when is set units to inches it defaults to inches and thou which is pretty annoying because as you have no option to display feet with inches while in inches mode. Also for now, there is no way to display units with rounded precision. For now showing feet and inches is only possible while in feet units mode, And there is no way to show the rounded values as you can see in picture
