Add POWER to "F9" dialog for LIGHTS / light power default ridiculously low

Since we are creating a light, it would be convenient to set a power for the light at creation time, and it would save some clicks.

OR, if it isn't already, there should be a user-definable initial light power: 10W is ridiculosly low.
