Constraint name should appear when mouse is over its icon.

I opened an old file from mine and almost all (bone) constraints has names different from originals (e.g: "Copy Transform.001" -> "main_constraint" ). So, the only way to know what constraint type is, is by previously knowing its icon or what options/values has each type.

Idea: when mouse is over its icon, constraint type should be shown. Something like mouseover alt="constraint_type"
