Morse hybrid Quadrangulation (Potential feature)

I found a research paper that documents a better way to generate topology for the retopology process: geometry.caltech.edu/pubs/FBTDH18.pdf

It uses the mesh edges to help the algorithm, instead of doing it randomly with a different type of parametrization. If this was paired with an edge detection algorithm this could become a rival to zmesher, from zbrush.
