Grease Pencil - Cutter tool add/remove vertex

In draw mode, holding shift with the cutter tool and moving the mouse over a GP stroke will show an + pointer and clicking will add a vertex at that position in the stroke. Holding CTRL will show a - pointer when over a vertex and clicking will remove that vertex.
