Improve "New Scene" Menu

I think the New Scene menu could use some minor improvements:

  • The wording is a bit unclear
  • I personally often use Linked Scenes, but find myself "unlinking" a bunch of Collections/Objects afterwards (even made a small script to solve that but it's not the ideal solution). It would be helpful to have options for choosing exactly what gets transferred.

After: new scene.png

Now, I also understand that Blender's way of managing Linked Objects (multi user collections, objects, modifiers, data...) is a bit clunky so I'm open to discussing workarounds...

You could write a script to make a new button in the header for that, or edit the python files in the application folder for the UI layout, if the feature doesn't get implemented. You could also make an addon for it.

Appending draw functions to existing headers uses the bpy.types.Header.append() function and the draw function to append goes in the brackets (it works for menu and panel as well)
