Sequences in File View
In other programs you have a checkmark to toggle between seeing sequences as a list of frames (how it is now) or you can see the whole sequence as one file. This is really missing for me as someone working in VFX.

Also it would "cleanup" the view and make it much easier to see different sequences within a single directory, and select one of them.
