Options for extra buttons like Play, Go Forward, Go Back navigate animation time line

It would be nice if I could disable/enable those extra buttons, like Play or Go Forward , that are not macro keys and are not fn-buttons.

The arrow buttons next to the escape key always mess with my timeline while I am switching music.

See attached link for which buttons I mean. ergoemacs.org/emacs/i/Chromebook_keyboard_71336.jpg
