Pivot point (Grab/Rotate/Scale): Shift/Alt/Ctrl or keys as temporary modifiers

Backstory

Maybe it's just my modeling style, but I find myself switching pivot points between Cursor, Median Point, and Individual origins A LOT. And inevitably I'm in the wrong mode for whichever operation I'm doing next, especially duplicating object. Now I have modified the key map for the pie menu for pivot point from " . " to " Alt ` " improving my speed, but still I regularly am in the wrong mode, have to stop what I was trying to do, switch the pivot, and continue.

Suggestion:

Specifically for while performing a Rotate/Scale/Grab, Pressing and holding Shift, Alt, or Ctrl (alternatively, Ctrl, Alt, and Ctrl Alt) will temporarily switch the pivot point to one of the top 3. After rotate is done, the pivot point continues to be as previously set.

Alternative is to do an actual pivot select change using a character modifier key press, the list on these is getting long (lock to axis, lock to plane, snap invert, snap toggle)...

This isn't a permanent mode change, it is a modifier key.

Use example (rotate case, others are identical):

Duplicate, Rotate, realize "I'm pivoting on Median Point and wanted Cursor", press Ctrl (Temporary Pivot changes to Cursor, object is now pivoted on cursor, jumping from where I had rotated it on origin to same rotation by Cursor), continue dragging/numeric entry [May have to be a "click" not "press" due to the numeric entry], commit rotation. Pivot Point is still Median Point.

Default Key Map suggestions:

If Control Keys:
Ctrl: Cursor
Alt: Median Point
Ctrl/Alt (or Shift): Individual Origins

If Modifier characters:
C: Cursor
M: Median Point
I: Individual origins
