Loop Cut: Change View by clicking the middle mouse button
When using the knife tool you can change the view by holding down the middle mouse button while moving the mouse.
This function should also be able when using the loop cut tool.
Then it is consistent.

It's useful to see if the loop is where the user wants it, and to make an edge they need to move along be non-zero size in the viewer (ie not pointing at the camera). I think the suggestion is that middle-mouse ALWAYS tumbles the view no matter what tool is on and what other mouse buttons are held down.
Knife tool is a freehand drafting tool, so having navigation for it is understandable. Loopcut works differently - it assumes pointing an edge, so it is not clear which way having navigation during loopcut might be beneficial.
