PBR Texturing In Blender like Substance Painter.

hello everyone, I'm wondering to have a nice PBR Texturing workflow as Substance Painter has into Blender. Because Texture Painting in the blender is a pain in the ass. So, it is great to have a nice easy to use workflow for PBR Textring into blender.

there are some commercial addons for this. Have a look at Gumroad or Blender Market ;)

* @rob * yes, there are ( Extream PBR, Layer Painter, BPainter ) but, not a mature enough like Substance Painter. What I'm looking for is, blender dev team should implement those feature into blender itself as a core.

* @n.joshi007 * This is a problem that's coming up all the time. What's making Substance so great is that Designer and Painter have been created and developed over the last 10 years by a dedicated team only focusing their efforts on this sole program, workflow and ecosystem .

Yes - of course it would be great to have it inside Blender as well but you can't just make this overnight as an integration to a whole different ecosystem (Blender's codebase).

Maybe rather focus your efforts on improvement suggestions one feature at a time or maybe even in the existing Plugins?

* @n.joshi007 * I said this in another thread as well, but it applies here too: As much as some people want to see everything but the kitchen sink in Blender, this is not a realistic goal. There will always be specialized applications doing one task much better and/or efficient than Blender's implementation. There's a lot to wish for in Blender, but this stuff is already there in other applications.

You're going to need to be more specific than "make it like X other program" or "it's difficult now, make it better." Describe the workflow you would like to have in Blender. Be specific. What buttons would you click? What results would you get? What tools would you need that don't already exist?
