--recently-used cmdline switch to open nth last recently used file
I do a lot of work with Blender and the command line. I use the -P and -b options constantly. It would be awesome if there was a
--recently-used
cmdline switch that would utilized the last used history instead of having to use a file name every time. This would be a big time/sanity saver
-
--recently-usedand--recently-used 0would open up the last file used -
--recently-used 1would open the 2nd to last file used -
--recently-used 2would open the 3rd to last file used
Unsure about what happens when you enter an index greater than length of last used file history and what happens when there is no file history. An error? Open the start up file? Different behaviors?
My vote is an error for the first and open the start up file for the second, but, I know secretly that isn't the right answer. Or maybe it is! What do you think?
