Keep Onion Skin on while scrubbing timeline

Current behavior is that when I scrub the timeline, Onion Skin grease-pencil objects disappear. They reappear when I land on a frame. However, It would be nicer if the onion skin updates along with the frames while I hold down and scrub through.
