Add a draw mode display button to the modifier

When there is a large number of hairs, sculpting and painting masks become very laggy, even though you can reduce the number of viewports. However, the 3D viewport only renders a small amount, unless you render the image with F12. This affects visual judgment and efficiency.

So, would it be possible to add a display mode button on the modifier, so that this modifier is not displayed while sculpting hair? Similar to turning off display subsets for particle hair.

Another issue is that the mesh and hair are two separate objects. When I paint textures or do vertex coloring on the mesh, it also becomes very laggy. I wonder if this issue can be addressed as well. PixPin_2026-01-13_21-39-49.jpg PixPin_2026-01-13_21-40-38.jpg
