I also want to emphasize the importance of constructive feedback when it comes to downvoting. If someone disagrees or decides to downvote, it would be beneficial for them to provide constructive criticism and leave a comment explaining their perspective. This approach promotes open communication, encourages dialogue, and helps foster a more collaborative environment. I would like to express my support for this feature request as it plays a crucial role in enhancing the general workflow within Bender. In order to achieve efficiency and speed, the typical workflow involves quickly changing a value without using the shift key to initially find the precise spot, and then holding the shift key to make fine adjustments. However, the current process requires locating the spot, releasing the mouse, clicking again with the shift key, and then fine-tuning. It would be highly beneficial to improve the functionality of the shift modifier so that it engages as soon as it is held down, enabling a more efficient workflow.
This is not the right forum to post bugs. I'm not even sure if that is a bug.
@andrewsellersm90: That's not a bug it's the normal behavior since a while. I think it's the good time to change that now. When press or release the Shift key the slider value should continue from the actual number!
